Atomic Coffee Roasters
Suit up for a wild ride! Diesel is our version of “all gas, no brakes”, and is the darkest roast we offer. A blend of coffees from Indonesia, and Central America, it features some intensely smoky notes and a full-bodied mouthfeel. None of our coffees are inherently oily as we don’t roast into 2nd crack, but Diesel will show a slight amount of oil a few days off roast. This is definitely the option for those who enjoy a French Roast.
This coffee is part of our daily roasting schedule, which means we are roasting it every day, Monday - Friday. Your coffee will be roasted within 24 hours of when your order was placed (or on Monday, if you place your order after we begin production on Friday).
